C) Register: documentation  of ideas, suggestions, improvements, alternatives, useful works, unique solutions etc.
D) Publish: reports, findings, original works

5. Membership: voluntary participation & exit
A) Every member should learn an art form

6. Management 
A) there will be a head known as 'organiser'. 
B) all powers will vest in the organiser. 
C) the organiser will choose his/her successor.

A) Annual session: 1 April (RRC day)
B) Diwali session: Diwali - Chhatt puja
