Sending invitation for Rawan Dahan (at least 10 days before the event) 8. 2 day before Diwali: buying construction materials for ravan dahan 9. 1 day before Diwali: construction of Rawan structure  B. Organiser Decides date of discussion 6. Invitation for discussion ( date, time, place, details of discussion) B. Actual discussion steps: 7. Announcement (by anchor) for starting of discussion  8.
