Sending invitation for Rawan Dahan (at least 10 days before the event) 8. 2 day before Diwali: buying construction materials for ravan dahan 9. 1 day before Diwali: construction of Rawan structure  B. FROM DIWALI TO CHHATTH POOJA 10. Day 1 (Diwali):  Ravan Dahan 11. Day 2: shopping for Chhatt Pooja decoration 12. Day 3-4: preparation for chatt Pooja 14. Day 5 (chatt Pooja day 1) 15. Day 6 (chatt Pooja day 2): picnic  C. POST EVENT 16. preparing final report of the event

Organiser Decides date of discussion 6. Invitation for discussion ( date, time, place, details of discussion) B. Actual discussion steps: 7. Announcement (by anchor) for starting of discussion  8.
